Objective: The objective was to enhance the professionalism of the client's design and website. She wanted a direct, compassionate, professional website. She required to keep the color scheme. She wanted it to be more welcoming. She required I do a competitive analysis (she provided website and I researched some on my own). Not required but I could add a more medical side to her website.
Contribution: In response to her request, I drew inspiration from specified competitors provided by the client. Subsequently, I revamped her landing page by incorporating photos from her. Additionally, I addressed consistency and spacing issues, ensuring a cohesive visual presentation, and integrated the necessary textual content as per her requirements.
Collaboration: Upon completion of each design iteration, I would diligently forward the work to her via email, gaining her insights. I incorporated her feedback into the ongoing refinement process, ultimately leading to the development of the final product. In the later stage, she specifically requested the addition of supporting information pertaining to her services. I worked on this project in Figma.
Impact: Now, our client has a website that is professional, direct, and compassionate. Her clients can clearly book an appointment. Can understand all the services she provides.
